Shipping and Handling FAQ’s

Free shipping can be earned when a “FREE SHIPPING” promotion is running, and by using discount and promo codes sent to you when you subscribe to our e-mails and newsletter.

FREE SHIPPING PROMOTION:Shipping will be covered by us, Valhalla Laboratories, when you as a customer spend up to a certain amount per transaction.

DISCOUNT AND FREE SHIPPING CODES:By signing up for our e-mail list, you give us the right to send promotional messages to you, including percentage discounts, price drops, and free shipping codes. We will not, under any circumstance, sell your information to third parties.

We have all supplements on hand and ready to be shipped to you upon ordering! Please allow 1-2 business days for handling. The shipping time will be dependent upon the shipping speed you choose in the checkout.

Unfortunately, all of our apparel and accessories are PTO (Print to Order) as of right now. That means that we do not have the items in inventory, but rather they are printed when each order is made. We understand how frustrating and inconvenient that can be, and we are working as hard and as fast as we can to correct the problem and grow to where we have an inventory for each item.

That being said, all estimated shipping times are posted on each individual product page. Please understand that these times are estimates, and can change slightly. We make it a point to check with the supplier and update the estimates as often as possible. Please bear with us as we are in this period of growth and expansion.
